Technical support for extensions purchased on OpenCart4.com. Support requests for third-party extensions are out of scope and will not be handled.

Please provide a full description of the problem in your first message — omitting details or requiring additional questions will delay processing your request.

To diagnose and fix issues, the developer may request temporary access to your website admin panel. In some cases, they may also need access to your site files via FTP or SSH. If you know you will need these permissions, please include them in your initial request - this will speed up troubleshooting. All credentials provided are used solely for the purpose of resolving your issue and are kept confidential. You must immediately change any passwords you provide upon completion of your work.

How to file a useful request

Please include as much of the following information as possible to help the developer resolve the issue faster:

  • A clear description of the problem
  • Screenshots or screen recordings
  • Your OpenCart version (e.g. OpenCart 4.1.0.3)
  • Your website URL
  • Admin panel access (optional, when necessary)
  • FTP/SSH access (optional, when necessary)

Support period

Free standard support is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the extension page.
